You’ll want a balanced fertilizer with a 10-10-10 NPK ratio for your potted olive tree. Apply about one tablespoon every 6-8 weeks during spring and summer. Avoid over-fertilizing, or the leaves might yellow. I use a slow-release granular type and lightly water it in to prevent root burn. In fall and winter, reduce feeding to once every two months since the tree grows slower then.
